Christmas at Family Care Ministry

Help make Christmas brighter for children in need by donating the following NEW items:

 

·   Gloves/Mittens/Hats

·   Socks

·   Pajamas/Underwear

·   Coloring Books

 

·   Crayons

·   Board Games

·   Toys 

·   Educational Books

 

·    Puzzles

·    Building Toys

·    Learning Toys

·    Educational Toys

 

Gifts for teens are especially needed: (e.g. Teen Bibles, hair dryers, curling irons, purses, jewelry, cologne & bath sets, makeup sets, Bluetooth speakers, ear buds, wireless/portable chargers,  headphones, neon lights, stainless steel tumblers/water bottles, etc.)


All items should be appropriate for children age newborn to 14. Donations can be dropped off at the Family Care Ministry located at 319 S. Croton Ave. through 

Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2026.

 

DISTRIBUTION: 

Tuesday, Dec. 15 and Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2026

Sign-Ups Will Be Held IN PERSON for children ages 14 & under 
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 9 THROUGH THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2026 

FROM 10:00 AM TO 6:00 PM

 AT THE BASEMENT LEVEL OF SANKEY CENTER.
Only one application per household.

REGISTRATION IN PERSON - NO ONLINE SIGN UPS

    **THINGS TO BRING WITH YOU WHEN YOU SIGN UP:

                                       

                                           - Photo ID for anyone over 18 in the house

                                           - Proof that child lives in the household (lease with child listed, medical record, school record, court ordered document)

                                           - Income for each member of the household (paystub, food stamp benefit letter-NOT EBT card)             

                                           - Proof of address (utility bill or lease)

                                           - Birth Cerfiticate Human Service print out for each child that you are requesting assistance for (ages 14 & under)

                                           - Each child's full name


NOTE: IF A LEGAL GUARDIAN IS APPLYING, THEY MUST HAVE LEGAL DOCUMENTATION THAT THEY HAVE CUSTODY

AND THEY MUST HAVE THE PARENT'S FULL NAME.

Ministry

For our Jesus First Recovery Program Participants:

 Groups or individuals can request to receive a participant's name    and a gift request.  Please call Tammy Dess at 724-652-4321 ext. 108 for more information and to receive a participant's name and gift request.    Gifts are needed by Friday, Dec. 18th.

Christmas at Men's Ministry

Help make Christmas brighter for homeless men including those in the Recovery and Crossroads programs:

 

Needed Items:

For our Dining Hall:  Christmas cookies and hams, 

for our Crossroads Emergency Shelter for Homeless Men, 

We need:

·   NEW hats

·   Gloves

·   Socks

·   Underwear

 

·   Personal Hygiene Items

·   Burger King gift cards

·   Dunkin' Donuts gift cards

·   Phone gift cards

 

·    Candy 

·    Snack foods

 

For our Recovery Program Participants:
