The Men's Ministry is located at 319 S. Croton Ave., New Castle, PA and is open 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

Provides temporary, emergency shelter for men experiencing homelessness.  This program provides men with food, shelter, spiritual counsel, casework, and networking. Those in need of shelter should come to the City Rescue Mission and enter the building at the Men's Ministry entrance.

Admittance to the program is after successful evaluation as a Crossroads Shelter guest.  The Recovery Program is a structured, residential program for men with addictions or other life issues. This program focuses on biblical discipleship and life change through Bible-based recovery.

The Women's Ministry is located at 1018 Rebecca St., New Castle, PA and is open 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

The City Rescue Mission offers temporary, emergency shelter for women and women with children experiencing homelessness. Those in need of shelter or referring agencies should contact the Women's Ministry at 724-652-4349 prior to client arrival.

Admittance to the program is after making a long-term commitment to deepening their faith.  Jesus First is a Biblical discipleship program for women focusing on healing and recovering from their past through devotions, Bible studies, classes, and spiritual guidance.
