Back To School Bash

An Exciting New Event To Help The Youth In Our Community

The Back to School Bash is an extension of our City Rescue Mission Backpack and School Supply Outreach. Its
purpose is to meet the needs of vulnerable, low-income, and at-risk families and youths in our community.

This year City Rescue Mission, Primary Health Network and Primary Health Network Charitable Foundation, as part of the Mission’s Community Bridges Initiative, will hold a Back to School Bash to benefit local students. The Back to School Bash will equip children to begin their new school year by providing them with free school supplies such as backpacks, notebooks, crayons, markers, folders, pens, pencils, erasers, highlighters, hygiene items and more.

This event is open to all local school districts and will be held at the Sankey Center on August 7, 2024
from 3:00PM - 7:00PM.

Registration is now closed.

Vendors are needed for this event to hand out school supplies at their vendor table and introduce the children and their parents to what your organization/agency does for our community.

During the event, children will be given a backpack as they enter our gym where they will visit your vendor table to fill the backpacks with school supplies.

We will also be setting up a church youth group room adjacent to our gym for the children to walk through and receive school supplies from your table.

As a special incentive, the City Rescue Mission will provide all school supplies to your youth group to hand out during the event. What a great opportunity for your youth group to reach children and let them know what God is doing through your ministry that they could be part of.
